Each leave bank carries its own rate per pay period, scaled to each employee's FTE, with per-person overrides where a policy calls for one. At every approval the balance is written down, so the number on the timesheet is the number on record.

They request an edit with a written justification. By default the timesheet unlocks right away. Turn auto-approve off and an admin has to approve the request first. Either way the request, the reason, the old value, and the new value all land in the audit trail. An admin can also make the correction on the employee's behalf, and that is logged under both names.
Yes, at the manager role and above, and it is logged like any other approval. Most BadgeOut customers are subcontractors whose approved time goes to a prime contractor for secondary review, so the separation of duties lives there.
Anomaly rules, locked timesheets, leave banks, the audit trail, and CSV and Excel exports ship on Starter at $8 per seat per month. Plus ($99 per month plus the same $8 per seat) adds funding alerts, BadgeOut Rating, bulk approvals, custom fields, and custom reports.
Export the audit trail as CSV, Excel, or JSON for any date range and set of event types. The Entry-Level Detail export gives one row per timesheet entry with status, approver, and timestamps. The data is yours; export it whenever you like.
QuickBooks Online syncs today: members, projects, contract periods, direct charge codes, and invoices. For other systems, the CSV and Excel exports carry the same fields.
