  • Abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information up to date.

Payments & Subscriptions

Some features of the Service require payment.

  • Payments are processed through Stripe
  • Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are disclosed at the time of purchase
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by BadgeOut and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active.

Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BadgeOut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
