Yes! All plans include a 30-day free trial with full access to all features in your chosen tier. A credit card is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends.
How does per-seat billing work?
You're billed based on the number of active members in your organization. When you add or remove members, your bill adjusts automatically with prorated charges.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate your billing.
What's included in DCAA compliance?
Our Compliance and Pro tiers include features to help government contractors meet DCAA requirements: immutable time records, change justification tracking, digital attestation, and comprehensive audit logging. Note that software alone doesn't make you compliant - it's about your entire system and practices.
Are there any limits on Starter or Compliance plans?
Starter includes up to 3 teams and 1 admin account. Compliance includes up to 10 teams and 3 admin accounts. Pro has no limits on teams or admins. All plans support unlimited users and charge codes.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. You can export all your time tracking data before canceling, and we'll keep your account accessible until the end of your billing period.
